How our team designed and delivered a boutique-hospitality entrance feature for the Odyssey by the Park condominium development — and what it shows about how we run commercial projects.
The scope
A 22'6\" by 11'6\" entrance wall built to hotel-lobby standard: custom-milled white oak vertical slat system on MDF substrate with matte natural sealer, two fire-rated preserved moss accent panels, seven CNC-fabricated dimensional letters with halo LED backlighting, concealed warm-white LED architectural lighting on 50 linear feet of channel, and a dedicated 20A circuit with licensed electrical rough-in and final connections.
How commercial clients get certainty from us
Every line item was specified before contract — materials by brand and grade, mounting systems (Z-clip), fire ratings on the moss panels, and electrical scope by a licensed electrician. Fixed sales price with a defined contingency, written scope of work, and a single point of accountability from design through the final walkthrough. That is the same structure we bring to restaurant build-outs, office renovations, and multi-unit properties across Middle Tennessee.
Why it matters if you manage property
Developers and property managers do not need another vendor — they need a licensed and insured partner who can hold hospitality-grade finish standards while hitting commercial documentation requirements: COIs, scope discipline, and clean change-order control. That is how we operate on every project, from a $10K repair to a full build.
